I started my career working as a dietitian teaching hundreds of clients how their diet affected their health and how they could manage their symptoms with certain modification to their diet. But as I got further into my career, I realized that you could affect a person's health more if you determined what it was that was causing their symptoms, not just managing their symptoms with diet.
