A. You will receive both an email and a text message reminder at least 48 hours in advance.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. All major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted. Cash and check payments are not accepted since Journey to Balance is virtually based. Payment is required at the time that your appointment is scheduled.
Q. When and how do I need to pay for my appointment?
A. Full payment must be made at the time the appointment is scheduled. Failure to do so will result in the appointment not being reserved. Payment can be made on the website. In certain cases, I may take payment over the phone if appointment is scheduled at that time.
Q. Can I pay for my consultation the day of my appointment?
A. I do not accept payment the day of your appointment. Prepayment is the best way to ensure that you are able to reserve the time that works best for you. This protects my time as well as my clients’ time.
Q. If I am late to my appointment will my appointment go over the scheduled time to recoup lost time?
A. While I will do my best to ensure that you receive a full consultation, if you are late you may only receive the remaining time of your scheduled session. This ensures that I remain on time for the next client so that they receive their full session length.
Q. What if I run into technical issues when logging on for a virtual session?
A. Please call or notify me as soon as this occurs so that I can walk you through the process. I ask that you go to the online platform 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to familiarize yourself with the system. This will ensure that you are prepared, focused, and present at time of consultation.
Q. If I want to order a package but I am uncertain which one to purchase, what should I do?
A. Please either contact me or schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals to determine the package that would be best suited for your needs.
Q. Can I access the health platform from my mobile device?
A. Yes. The health platform that you will use to interact with me has an app that you can download to your phone so that you can easily communicate with me and access all your documents.

After you complete an initial assessment, you can expect to pay between $200-400 for supplements and for follow-up session you could expect to pay between $100-$200, but every case is different.
how do i complete a functional lab test that is recommended?
Urine, stool, or breath testing kits will be mailed to you. You complete them at home and mail them using a prepaid stamp. Blood test require that you go to a local draw center near you if you choose not to go through your physician.
is there a test interpretation fee?
Yes. Most functional lab tests that I use require a $50 interpretation fee. This covers interpretation of results and a detailed plan outlining the protocol to address those findings on the test.
