"When I first contacted Meagan, I was facing a Hashimoto’s diagnosis confirmed by an Endocrinologist. Before joining Integrative Hashimoto’s Solutions, I completed an intensive Ayurvedic program in India and substantially changed my blood work scores but still had work to do to manage my Hashimoto’s symptoms, including hormonal acne flare ups.

Meagan is a cheerleader. Making these lifestyle changes is not easy and takes a deep level of commitment. She was very supportive throughout the program and was not condescending when/if I failed to fully implement a module within a short period.
